Delete your data

Use your browser’s site-data controls to clear Pic.Poker data. This removes the local player name, email, private thumbnails, and device history. It does not remove a community hand or link-shared hand already saved to the server.

Email nathanielmc@gmail.com from the address used with Pic.Poker. Use the subject “Pic.Poker data deletion request.” We may ask you to confirm control of the address before deleting associated shared hands and service records.

First cancel an active subscription through Manage billing. Stripe may retain transaction records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance even after Pic.Poker application data is removed.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records when required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or document the deletion request.
