Refund policy

Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available through the end of the current paid period. Deleting browser data or requesting account-data deletion does not automatically cancel billing.

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins. If you were charged twice, charged after a timely cancellation, or made an accidental purchase, contact us within 14 days and include the account email and charge date. We will review the request promptly.

Use Manage billing in the app to cancel or update your payment method. For a billing problem, email nathanielmc@gmail.com. Do not send payment-card numbers by email.
